Business Tactics for Frontline Employees

Program Details

Class will be held on Wednesdays and Fridays from 11:30am-1pm EST. Training will be delivered and recorded in a Zoom Meeting. All participants will be required to have their video on to ensure engagement. Also, virtual breakout rooms are utilized to give space for role-play and application discussions.

Session 1 - 5/20: On The Frontlines & Effective Communication

Session 2 - 5/22: Understanding Yourself & Your Customers

Session 3 - 5/27: Comfort Zones & Up-Front Contracts

Session 4 - 5/29: Questioning & Up-Selling / Cross-Selling

Session 5 - 6/3: Client & Opportunity Development

Session 6 - 6/5: Dealing with Difficult People & Success Formula

The training cadence will restart with Session 1 on June 10th.
